1st off... there is an entire site dedicated to how he looks... that's pretty sad. Someone wasn't smart enough to attack him intelligently.
2nd... that moore lies site has nothing that I can find about his lies... Here's something. A right wing college student (i.e. king of the world)
Ok, on hardlylaw.net, I found one... i think
I'm not saying that Moore doesn't slant the truth. He does indeed. Splicing clips back and forth can be very persuasive. The fact still remains, Heston held a pro gun rally right there less than 2 weeks after the incident. Heston also made a fool of himself in the interview. He's an old man that can't adapt to the times and doesn't realize what the purpose of 2nd amendment was. States don't need militia anymore. Other than for hunting purposes, there is no reason for people in the US to bear arms. NONE. Other countries do just fine without them and so could the US.
I'm sorry, but if you don't believe that the American media causes a vicious cycle of unnecessary consuming and violence, you are sheltered.
ALRIGHT.... I'm not going to start with bush, but imo there is so much going wrong in this country right now, it's sick.
1. Iraq - there were no good reasons that americans had to die in this war.
2. Education - why is our military spending more than our education spending? Why is it several times larger what our education spending is?
3. Consumption - I'm glad gas prices are high. Teaches those morons who commute in a Hummer what's right.
4. Guns - We. Do. NOT. NEED. Them.
We need a major change in the way this country is being run.
I'm going to end this rant with a quote from Andy Rooney this past sunday. Watch the video here: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004/05/ ... 9533.shtml

Quote:[Michael Moore's films] seem to be intelligent; they seem to reveal some deep inner truth, but after a few moments of scrutiny, they fall apart. If you've ever taken an organic chemistry class, you know that there's always a guy who sits up front and looks like he knows everything. You also know there's a difference between looking like you know everything and actually knowing everything. Michael Moore is an expert at looking intelligent, not at being intelligent.

Quote:Fact: The Denver event was not a demonstration relating to Columbine, but an annual meeting (see links below), whose place and date had been fixed years in advance.Yes, and the fact still remains: the NRA had the nerve to hold a rally 10 days after the columbine shooting in the same town.
Quote:Heston said: "As you know, we've cancelled the festivities, the fellowship we normally enjoy at our annual gatherings. This decision has perplexed a few and inconvenienced thousands. As your president, I apologize for that."I'm deeply apologize for the many people that it inconvenienced, but holding a pro-gun rally right after that event, in the same place, less than 2 weeks later is just inconsiderate. (my opinion is that is shows the nature of the NRA... but that's just me)

Quote: Manson: ...But this is not the way the media wants to take it and spin it......Because the idea of the media is: 'Keep everyone afraid and they'll consume."that's from bowlingfortruth.com
Moore: "Right."
Wrong.

Quote:There are men in every country on earth - mostly men - who spend full time devising new ways for us to kill each other. In the United States alone, we spend seven times as much on war as on education.
There's something wrong there. On this Memorial Day, we should certainly honor those who have died at war, but we should dedicate this day, not so much to their memory, but to the search for a way to end the idiocy of the wars that killed them.
