who here would get into a supercar with a guy they dont know and just met and go 145+ around a racetrack???? I know damn well i wouldnt :roll: The claims are retarded, but you think the whole assumption of risk thing would come into play and there would be no suit except maybe against the race track for the whole wall thing. But like G said its not gonna bring your husband back, plus she should be happy, shes getting life insurance money.
