How does he sign the title over if he is out of the country? lol.

he can still sign it and mail it (like that'll happen...) - or the "shipping company" has it in their name as collateral for whatever reason

i'm entertained as to his response, i wrote back:

"i have a friend in Detroit willing to go check out the car, what's the information and contact information for the shipping company? Where are the title and keys?"

looks like if this is legit Jack has a better chance than i do

the fact that he posted this in a washington, dc CL site almost deems it a scam since he's out of the country and the car is in "detroit"...i'll play for a little bit
