Does it come from uncorking restrictive exhausts and not rejetting/retuning for more fuel and getting a lean condition?

well if thats the case... i know one D16A6 motor that screwed. I have a 2.5 inch exhaust from the cat back... but then again i did do some "tuning" on the dyno... ahhh i still think my motor runs like shit! I think the stock exhaust is a 1.5 inch exhaust btw
