I am convinced both of mine are going to fail every time I am going to use them.Wow...great price. I thought the costco alum. one for 99 bux was decent. I have the meavy mofo steel version and it hauls my 3/4 ton 4x4 right up.

These Summit aluminum hydraulic floor jacks are made of strong, lightweight aluminum, but their lifting capacity is anything but lightweight. Our Summit aluminum hydraulic floor jack has a 3,000 lb. capacity but only weighs 28.6 lbs. It has a red anodized finish, a 35 1/2" long handle, and a 3 3/4" to 14 3/4" range. A low-profile front roller provides quick accurate placement and a rotating rubber saddle prevents marring. These jacks also include a pair of black composite wheel chocks to keep the car in place.
Cobetto has the alum. one and uses it on the E30 at the track with no probs. Seems pretty well made.
