My favorite sounds are pretty diverse 
1. Mazda 787B 4 rotor
2. Audi 2.2L I-5 turbo
3. VW R32 VR6
4. Chevy LS1 (preferrably with a fat cam)
honorable mention: Honda S2000 F20C with ITB's
i'll put some sound clips up when i'm back from work
i think the worst sounding car ever has to go to any Miata with an exhaust. i hate to say it because i like the car but man.....and they're so loud too! what gives!?
