my belts squeal every once in awhile especially when its cold. but it does happen randomly

That sounds about like what happens to me, I'm going to check the tension of the belts. I wouldn't care so much except it happens at the most unfortunate times. The squeal scared the shit out of this old lady the other day as I was backing out at the grocery store. Damn near had to throw her in my trunk and take her to the hospital.

your car has a trunk?

If you can call it that. It is a hair bit smaller than a golf bag but it will fit one RJ
