If you fail at Step 1, you can always build your own, like this,
I finally got the car back, it isn't painted yet, cage builder wanted it unpainted, no big deal. When the body shop paints the car they are going to paint the cage as well. Here's the car back in primer,

In retrospeck, I wish I had left the round bar in place. The door doens't quite line up now at the bottom and is VERY flemsey, but whats done is done.
Here's as far as I had got with the interior before taking it to the body shop,

This is as far as I got with the dash and heater core, it is being quite a bitch.
Tomorrow will be the passenger door and I hope the heater core.
