Well that assumes that the cameras are good enogh to make a positive ID in low light - and if the theives are wearing ski masks, then good luck with that. This also assumes you catch the theives, and they'll ditch the car before that happens.
RJ - who got robbed at gunpoint, with a camera, and they still couldnt catch the guys (who were not wearing facemasks, in a well lit place).
