Anyone in NOVA looking for a new place?

Id rather commute an hour+ each way than live in the shithole that is MD. (esp where you live Chad, sorry dude but there is a reason the property is cheaper there) Oh wait, I do commute over an hour each way into maryland.....

Less traffic, less people, cheaper gas, cheaper housing, shorter commute, same pay, yea, shithole I can deal with for a while. You don't even know where I live, you are just ASSuming b/c it is in PG county.

Dont forget I work up by you Chad, Im very familiar with the whole area and even if I havent seen your house I know the area sucks. But hey, thats just my opinion. You got in before the prices in the area really started to jump so Im sure you are sitting on a bunch of free money at this point anyway.

You dont have to live in Shithole, MD to get all those benefits either. The lone reason Im still with my company right now is because we are opening up 1 to 2 "National Distributed Delivery" offices in places around the country that are sunny, warm, with cheap cost of living and good supply of talent (read: college sluts abound) Charleston looks like #1 and #2 looks up in the air.


ps- gas tax is higher in MD, and gas is actually cheaper in VA even in ritzy Mclean...
