that is probably the problem, but make sure you check the torque on your lugs too. With new wheels, the paint on the lug contact point causes the lugs to loosen until the paint wears off. A loose lug can cause vibration

which can cause you to nearly lose a wheel when going down the rollercoaster at VIR... d'oh
