Is there a difference between 100mm and 115mm

that's the primary reason i took a loan out with the bank when i had the money

i took out a $1600 loan b/c i was counter offered that amount when i got rejected from a $2000 loan. The minimum payments were $75/month, and i have a balance of $116 left that's due in feb of '05. I'm planning on taking another loan out for various purposes in money and paying it back for the sole purpose of building up credit.
