I spent about 3 months scraping and cleaning the interior on my 944. That was the worst crap I have ever done, and don't wish that on my worst enemy. Especially since the tar paper, glue, etc had been on there since the mid-80's. But that is what you have to do if you want it all out, and get a clean interior.
