I'll likely blow up a few motors doing this
but it should be fun. The first motor or two will likely be expensive due to the cost of tools and doing things wrong the first time, but I should be able to come out ahead over paying someone else to do it in the long run. There's a great machine shop right down the road from my place that I use for press work (bearings, bushings, etc) and I already started talking to them about some engine work
