We definitely need more roads coming from high density areas (the community I build is the perfect example). We're going to eventually have 7,700 homes, and right now there's only two conduits out of the community. One is a 2 lane paved road that dumps onto 50 and the other is a dirt road hah. What needs to be done on the highways is WIDENING.
I agree that rubbernecking is the most annoying thing about traffic, but I don't see any solution to that ever. It's just a given in heavy traffic.
