As far as most builders go, you're right. NV is a little different. Every house will have problems because it's a human that built it. There is no perfect house. I can tell you the majority of our problems are cosmetic issues, but stuff always arises over time as a house settles and water seeps down into places it shouldn't go, etc. I can tell you that buying an older home is not going to give you less problems heh. Our service department is what sets us apart from other builders... it's excellent ! We take care of our customers because we want them to be happy and we want them to be return buyers !
