Nice cars are for the birds...if you really want to be a true member of this club, you gotta own a pile that spends at least 25% of its time on stands. Seriously I would go Dave's route, get a 240sx, upgrade brakes/suspension and drive. You can get a nice s14 (to daily drive/girl friendly) for 5k and another 1-k on suspension brakes.
Eventhough Mike has the best EG evar, even he would have to admit it can be a pain in the ass to rock one in NoVa or Hburg.
I'm currently in the process of buying a MKII MR2. I really like the interior/looks and driving characteristics but it would be a terrible car for daily driving because it has zero storage space.
