Repairing a fiberglass bumper should not a problem. I have a buddy club 2 front end for a 97+ eclipse that I bought very cheap with a big crack in the fiberglass. You will basically get some glass and resin and glass the back side of the crack. Let cure. Then bondo the front side to fill in the crack and sand it down. Keep sanding until you can't tell there was ever a crack.
At least that is how I'm going to do it...I havn't yet. If anyone real good with fiberglass has a suggestion hit me up with it. My dad is more than adept with it though and this is how he outlined it to me.
