Wrong.
Dyno = tuning tool. You use it to measure HP as an end result yes, but the deltas are what matter in your tuning - no matter what brand of dyno it is (although a loading dyno is better, IMHO).
If all you want is numbers to put a sheet on your windshield and say "hey guys look how big my dick is" then more power to you - spin the rollers on a dynojet and call it a day.
