Where can I get them installed for $10? Definitely not Blue Ridge? I'll check with Shenendoah tomorrow.

Ask around - try small independant garages - I think it was like $35-$40 for all 4 rims mounted & balanced on my set of rims - they may charge you a little more because they have to remove/dispose of your old tires (my rims were already bare.)
