NIO up to almost $42 today from my cost basis of $14.88. Bought more WKHS when it dipped on the slim likelihood that they will win all / part of the USPS contract whenever they get around to announcing it. Definitely been fun to play some of the EV speculation game, TSLA has been my slowest mover so far as I bought too late, but we'll see what happens if I decide that's a HODL
I still think ACRE is really undervalued under $10 for a long term hold and silly dividends. I did some calculations the other day and at current prices and assuming that their dividend doesn't change and that you didn't div reinvest a dime, you would receive $3,055.55 each quarter in dividends (or $12,222 per year). Go buy a boatload and thank me in a year or two when it corrects back to $13+ and you're making dividend tendies.
Oh, apparently I am a BTC investor now too. I opened up a Coinbase account and my boss sent me $100 in BTC. It's up over $10 in a day. Wild to watch how much crypto swings throughout the course of the day, along with the fact that the exchanges are open 24/7
