Top off on sealant (assuming you're running tubeless tires), check brake pads, and the usual maintenance stuff. The usual paddock stuff (ezup, chair, etc).
Don't hit rocks that will bend your chainstay and take you out of the race... Happened to me on my last lap of a 13 hour 3-man team. I was wondering why it took right hand turns so well after the crash and struggled with left handlers...
