The Cart Before the Horse: Spec 3 Build

Picked up the car today, painted the cage, cut and reinstalled the dash, and started to put it back together.

2 weeks over schedule and right at the top end of his estimate on price and I'm still not that mad. The price was really good and the cage itself is done well, except some very odd choices. One weird thing is how we decided to cut a huge hole in my expensive VAC Motorsports seat adapter. The other is how he welded the side bars in a way to completely blocks you from ever installing a passenger seat (which I need) and blocks me from remove the seat adapter he cut a hole in. Besides that, all is well.

Also, I never want to paint a cage again.
