Sorry, I don't own an SE-R. Unless the clutch cable is really stretched I wouldn't worry about it (it shouldn't be hard to replace with or without the tranny in the car.) The axle seals are a tough call, sometimes they leak and sometimes they are fine - mine looked great at 130,000 miles.
