Clutch install time

If you don't have a warm garage you should wait until it's warm - otherwise go ahead. Why do you need a new clutch cable and axle seals (are the old ones destroyed?) Also this might help

New clutch cable and axle seals because they already have 160,000 miles on them, and if im going to be in there anyways, why not.

Sorry, I don't own an SE-R. Unless the clutch cable is really stretched I wouldn't worry about it (it shouldn't be hard to replace with or without the tranny in the car.) The axle seals are a tough call, sometimes they leak and sometimes they are fine - mine looked great at 130,000 miles.
