Im not going to do it when its in the 20's like it is now, at least not outside. If I really need to get it done, I'll just use the garage at Fort Belvoir instead of my driveway. Ill probably wait until I get a day that gets into the 40's. New clutch cable and axle seals because they already have 160,000 miles on them, and if im going to be in there anyways, why not. -Mike Re: Clutch install time - ViPER1313 - 01-18-2005 mpg9999 Wrote:ViPER1313 Wrote:If you don't have a warm garage you should wait until it's warm - otherwise go ahead. Unless the clutch cable is really stretched I wouldn't worry about it (it shouldn't be hard to replace with or without the tranny in the car.) The axle seals are a tough call, sometimes they leak and sometimes they are fine - mine looked great at 130,000 miles. - navin - 01-19-2005 I dont think I'd be much help, never worked on an SE-R... I am great project supervisor [drinking beers, handing tools, etc].. oh yah .RJ - I always met up with you to give you non-busted parts for your busted hype-R ![]() |
