How does the Ridgeline pricing compare to other midsize trucks?  
IMO it really only makes sense if its significantly cheaper than the competition,  and usually Honda doesn't do that.

10 years ago all of the similar mid-size trucks drove like garbage and there werent a ton of options.

I dont think that's the case anymore and the Ridgeline hasnt changed much. Still, it has a lot of nice useful features and the IRS will always give it more bed space, plus the dead hooker trunk.

At least with the ridge line you have resale value. All the reviews I read said the Colorado kicked serious ass on road in mid-size market.

I ended up going 1/2 ton. I test drove most of the popular 1/2 tons and it’s surprising how no one manufacturer blows the other out of the water. Each has their own features/ride/nuances that are great that others don’t have.

I regularly tow, have 2 boys, and do a lot of outdoor sports/hobbies. 1/2 ton was needed for the space alone. My wife doesn’t pack light and it’s not worth changing that!
