Only way to learn and get faster is to get on the more technical stuff. Gotta just learn by fire. I'm surprised I don't wreck more myself or the other times I have wrecked have been handled well especially with the noobness level on two wheels that I'm at.
I just take it slow. I'll walk if I struggle or am tired. This time was just mental error. It happens. All for fun laughs if nothing serious happens. I'm sure in a few months I'll be moving pretty good I hope.
Yes, thankfully I take it slow and downhill speed was only minor. GoPro makes it hard to see steepness of hills. Shit still hurt and is hurting today, but glad it wasn't worse with more speed
