You sleep in it to save money. Everything is in your enclosed with cabinets you don't have to unpack and pack. Good place to stay out of the elements without worrying about a pop up.

Al Gore made the weather so crappy that the last 2-ish years we have had some crazy weird weather IMHO. Sylvia and I hobo camp for VIR and its a pain in the butt. we have broken a crap ton of 10x10s and none of them took flight. camping in the rain sucks because there is no place to really be dry. My truck is still loaded (mostly because my car wouldn't drive into the garage on its own)... but if I didn't have to load and unload my spares, tools, etc I'd be much happier.
