What I would like to see from the secretary is good communication across all platforms. I see no reason not to make a forum event thread for each classroom meeting, meet, and any other event. Doesn't matter if no one uses it. It's a good permanent source of record for when the event happened and what was discussed. You can still do you primary information and invitations in the group chat, but I think a good permanent record on the forum would be nice.

I also noticed a severe lack of emails going to Alumni this year. What happened there?

Stephen did a great job with social media and all of that and I think it would be great if you can take over where he left off and make sure he doesn't need to do double duty with social media and regular VP responsibilities.

That said, I think you'll do very well. Everyone likes you and you're at every event which is a huge part of being a good officer. I hope to see you still at events and driving people around!
