Just fyi, the in house recruiters for Cap One are pretty terrible. Cross your fingers you get a 3rd party person filling the role you applied for.
My wife applied for 4-5 roles there prior to her current one. In house recruiters lacked any sort of communication skills or follow through. Her third party recruiter was checking in with her weekly during the process and answered questions she had almost immediately.
When she interviewed for her current role, the in house recruiter didnt even check in with her the week of her final panel interviews. She had to reach out to the hiring manager to confirm the info.
Sadly during my job searches this seems par for the course regardless of employer
