So, I must have scared them, or they're really off their rocker. Last year I got a 4/5 rating, which is as high as you can get without winning some major yearly award and got an 8% raise.

This year, after telling me what they told me and giving me a lower review, they gave me a 10% raise. I'm thinking it's because I told them I want to leave and they're trying to get me to stay. Either way, I can't complain about losing out on the title bump with a raise like that.
