Also the manual mk7.5 cars don't rev above 4k and build 0 boost when in neutral or with the clutch in if you're stationary. I held the button and let it turn off everything and it still cut power.
I'm not an idiot. I have been foot to floor and dumped the clutch in the pouring rain and all it does it spin for a fraction of a second and cut power. I've spun a LITTLE bit leaving a stop light at full tilt in the rain, but mainly you just get wheel hop and then it rains it in quickly.

How did we go from, muscling out of snow to, dumping the clutch and attempting burnouts. These are not the same thing.
