Love it man, tritium is about the coolest thing ever. I think you can pull off bigger watches than I can. I used to wear a lot of 42mm+ pieces but now mostly wear smaller ones closer to 40mm.
Except for this one. I finally pulled the trigger on this to celebrate a good year at work. I was able to source one through the same contact that found my GMT II so I got it for about half MSRP brand new in box with stamped warranty card, and I sold a few pieces at a tidy profit to help fund about half of that.

The history of the Speedy Pro is a really cool one, I won't get into it here but you can read more about it on this Hodinkee article: https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/unders...ofessional
There are literally a million versions of the Speedmaster (as they release like 2 special editions a year) but I chose the one that has stayed pretty much the same since they were worn on the moon walks. Manual wound, hesalite crystal to reduce the chance for shattering (bad in space). Absolutely stunning watch. The box set it came with is incredible, dare I say much, much nicer than the boxes my Rolex came in. It came with bracelet and two straps, a changing tool, a few sets of springbars, a loupe that looks like the tach bezel and a bunch of literature with shots from the Omega archives of some of the moon walks where it was worn.

This one is getting a LOT of wrist time lately
I've got a guy making a custom leather strap for it, the same one who made the strap for my vintage 6309 Seiko. You can check out pics of that one on my IG
