Just pulled the trigger on a Nest doorbell and their lock. Going to finally get around to posting the spare room up on AirBnb so mostly just looking for keyless entry at the moment. The closest thing I see to any real competition is charging $75/night, has 0 availability for the next 3 months and the room isn't nearly as nice.
Going to be fun trying to wire it up given I currently do not have any sort of doorbell. It seems pretty simple, I just have to drill a hole and run the wiring to an indoor transformer instead of a chime. From there I think I just have to disable the chime and use the Google home mini for that.
Might look into their security system in the future.
