Bathrooms are fine, as long as you have others to use.... its not like you have 2 kitchens though.
we have "bath fitter" junk in there... we want to convert to a walk in shower setup and I'm "afraid" of causing leaks into the living room and having to redo the entire ceiling (stupid drywall mud artworks ceilings in the entire house)
