The real kick in the nuts around here is we have an annual tax to fund mass transit and it's based on MSRP at time of purchase with a set depreciation schedule that ignores actual market value. Assinine.

Yeah but NY and NJ more than make up for it when you buy a home and you have to pay those crippling property taxes. MD has high property tax too IIRC
