12-14 characters (no more or less we cannot handle that) that includes:
A capital letter
A number
A special character
VA DMV says "You're welcome Virginia!"

But on another note of things I hate, how about when your phone does some major update that changes half the shit you use every day, but doesn't offer any information about it? Up is down, right is wrong, red means green, random icons replacing other random icons....
Let me tell you how much I enjoy figuring out all these wonderful new "features" whilst trying to drive!
