lol Lee and Jon how do you guys remain even slightly professional in that situation.  i'd be unable to talk to them like an adult after the first 2 lines.

Every once in a while when I know the conversation is going nowhere and the person is not an existing customer I will say whatever I can to make them feel like an idiot. That satisfaction holds me over for quite some time.
