Easiest way to get out of that ticket is to simply tell the judge that it is a factory exhaust and there is nothing done to it. Unless he took a picture of it or took measurements and recorded it down, he'll have no way to fight it; innocent until proven guilty.
This is the third time Miller has pulled my over, not once for speeding. I'm sure you know him, he's the young looking dude. I don't think perjuring myself is necesarily a good idea.
I bought the car from a ricer so I never had a stock exhaust.
If I have paperwork that says my car is 50 state legal and actual testing that says my exhaust is as quiet as my stock exhaust and tell the judge that officer bunghole couldn't have possibly heard the difference while I was going 78 mph and he was sitting on the side of the road, why can't I "get away with it." It's completely arbitrary thing. He said that any exhaust system that didn't come from the factory is illegal but in that case, any exhaust that any parts store sells is illegal.
Two feet.
