Officer Miller. Hmmmmm, that one sounds familiar; I think he pulled me over for the same thing sometime this year. Granted its possible its a different guy, but the fact that he was sitting on the interstate near Woodstock leads me to think it is not just pure coincidence.
Easiest way to get out of that ticket is to simply tell the judge that it is a factory exhaust and there is nothing done to it. Unless he took a picture of it or took measurements and recorded it down, he'll have no way to fight it; innocent until proven guilty.
