i've only washed the car with my supplies (terry cloth sponge thing) and typically a rain-x car wash solution. The dealer, i think, has washed the car a few times when i've brought it in for service, but there are definitely a lot of imperfections (mostly touch-up-paint-filled rock chips) and marks on the roof when i used a garage brush to get snow off :banghead:
