Rep:Good morning. I copied the customer at delivery in Moseley, VA on this text, do you have an ETA for delivery to Justin for the BMW 3 series?
Driver: Approximately 5pm

Me: Just checking in to see if 5pm arrival is still accurate

Driver: Sorry I'm here in Baltimore
Me: Ok what is your new estimated arrival time?
4:35PM
Rep: Hey it's Russ at JS Transport. Driver just called me. I think he was trying to call you but hit the wrong button. Anyway, he's out of driving hours for the day. They're limited by the DOT and he said he's going to get there in the morning with your vehicle. He's 100 miles away. Sorry about the delay, I guess it's slow going out there with the weather.
So....yea.

Pretty fucking salty right now....it has been a process, that I think has taken a little too long. Considering they have had my check in hand since 3/23.
Maybe I'm just an impatient asshole...
I'm half tempted to figure out where he is and go get my damn car.
