You deserve everything you got for shopping at Ikea.

With your company's foray into logistics, can you promise to put Fed Ex out of business?  That company is complete trash.  The last three things delivered by them, including both IKEA shipments, were delivered by a uniformed Fed Ex driver in a Budget rental truck.  I kid you not.  I spotted one of them actually asking the postal carrier in the neighborhood directions to a nearby cul de sac.

I'll add that after asking IKEA's customer service how a label for a 25lb box ended up on a tiny 2 lb box, she said that Fed Ex runs their fulfillment for their "smaller" shipments.  Yeah...

I second the fuck Fedex.

Second year in a row they have been unable to deliver flowers on time for Valentine's day. Yesterday they wrote, "business closed" as my wife sat at her office which was very much open. Also, they are the only delivery service that just leaves shit outside of my apartment building. They are added to my list of companies i will celebrate when/if they fail. First is still Sears though. Fuck Sears.
