Is it possible to pass inspection (No emissions since the car is registered back home) with a crack in my header? You can hear the obvious ticking noise coming from it, but it doesn't smell unless you're WOT with the windows down and there's no CEL. I'd really rather not drop 400-1000 on a new header/cat for it if I can avoid it.
