Just FYI, a recent Kickstarter came out with a “gluten” tester.
My sister has Celiac disease and she brought this new invention when we went out to dinner last week. She says she now brings it everywhere. You take a piece of food and put it in the tester. After 5 minutes it will tell you if it has gluten in it or not. For those who actually need it, this piece of technology is a breakthrough. She has discovered a numerous amount of places claiming gluten free that are not (or have cross contamination problems bad enough to be picked up).
Looks like it’s called Nima.
