I'm with scotty, can't be here long or often.
It started with Ken's Breitling, a perfectly beautiful blue face watch and I wasted too much time looking at watches I know I can't afford. (Congrats on the watch and marriage BTW)
Then I come back and see Lee's slush fund got an injection. The up close pictures of the Rolex make the workmanship really stand out. The perfection of the bezel numbers engraving is incredible. Congrats on the great year and Rolex Lee! Probably good I wasn't in here for the sale of the Air Blue...
That alligator band does look incredible on that watch Joey!
I really do like the look of the Nighthawk but I'm pretty sure that's the one I made a joke about in the pre-watch thread thread. I was genuinely curious what the function of the dial and all the markings were. I mean, it can't actually measure pressure or weight so it was little WTF. Being able to use the bezel to do calculations makes sense though. The only other thing I could think of was using it to determine how much is left of something that depletes over time. For example, if you have something like an air tank that loses 4psi per hour, you can set the dial so that the hour hand will point to what is left so you don't have to do the math and possibly forget the starting point or something.
I'm looking forward to Christmas, I'll have a couple bands on my list for the Victorinox so I can switch up the look a bit and on the practical side would like a Garmin that doesn't need a chest band, likely the 235.
