My sister pointed out how rough this thing rides for such a nice plush SUV and I can't stop noticing it. 

A 4Runner has never been considered "plush" - you got one with some nice options but they didn't design it to be nice to ride in. Some friends have a brand new 4Runner Limited(? the loaded one) and it rides poorly compared to like, a Highlander of similar size. That's the price you pay for more off-road capability.

I suppose you're right. My expectations are probably not correct. A 4th/5th gen 4Runner is pretty high class where I'm from so I just equate it with comfort. Rides better than my Tacoma, at least.

I hope you got a matching 5th spare. If you have to drive on the regular spare you could cause damage to the 4WD system.

These tires are stock size, just the tread blocks make them a little bigger diameter. The spare has lots of tread and would have a negligible affect on the AWD with open diffs. Plus, I wouldn't ride around on the spare for long. Don't worry.
