I'm 99% sure the capacitor in my watch is gone, (Seiko 5J22-0B69 kinetic) so I'm going to start looking into what I can do to fix it, but first we need tools.
I bought this a while back and it's been fine, but I'm not taking apart movements and such

You probably want to get a more robust, high quality kit along with a lighted magnifying lens and proper watch case holder, crystal press, etc.
