FOUND IT! 

Bought this on our honeymoon in the Caymans (15yrs ago) and misplaced it during the move. I wore it off and on and basically the after the battery died the last time just never got around to having it replaced. 

It's obviously well worn, I was a mechanic for a few years with it and usually remembered to take it off after banging on an alternator bolt or something. I have no idea how much it was, but sure it wasn't much, definitely more in the sentimental category box than the impeccable taste box . I really liked the chrono style, and number font etc., seemed on the sporty side. 

The band is dry, faded and worn out so I'm looking for a new band. I'm thinking of taking this a little different direction with something like a red / black nylon band. I've been playing with the Undone configurator for a while and like the color band options, and especially now having the nicer Senna watch, I want something with a little color. They are both black face chronos so I want differentiate.
