Because that is a safety inspection, nothing else.
yeah, i understand that part, but something still dosen't seem right. seems that the local inspectors should have a working knowledge of wrong and rights within the town they are in also.
they do, but the va safety inspection is a va safety inspection, not a harrisonburg one.
